My vday mini session was so timely for my small business. It was a quick and easy shoot that maximized my content that I could use for Valentine’s Day and even beyond. THE FINE PRINT
  • What are your business hours?
    Correspondence and appointments are taken Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 10am - 7pm EST. Appointments/communications outside of that timeframe are by approval only.
  • What is branding, and why is it important for my business?
    Branding is the process of creating a unique name, design, and image that identifies and differentiates your business from others. It's important because it helps to establish your business's reputation and sets it apart from the competition. By developing a strong brand, you can build trust with your audience and create a memorable experience that keeps them coming back. A strong brand can also increase your brand's value and provide a solid foundation for future growth and expansion.
  • If I change my mind, can I cancel my session?"
    You absolutely change your mind. Unfortunately, all bookings are non-refundable.
  • When will I receive my images?
    Unedited images will be delivered within 24 hours after your session for you to make selections. Once selections are made, edits will be delivered within 48 hours.
  • Okay, what if I want more time or more photos? Can I add that on?"
    Because this is a special offer, the time choices provided are your only options. You can however choose more images than the initial 10 for $35 each.
  • If I have a product based business, do I have to be in the shoot?"
    Not at all! You are more than welcome to use the time slot for products, people, or both.
  • How many images will I receive?
    You will receive a minimum of 75 images. This is based on your industry, brand needs, and of course the length of the shoot. Longer shoots typically yield almost double the deliverable number.
  • Do I already need to have a brand in place to book?
    The offered services can be booked with or without current branding in place. If you have any current brand identity, we can use it. If you wish to rebrand or add on additional brand foundation services, you can do that as well.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    All services and offers by default reflect paid in full pricing. However, at checkout, if you select PayPal, financing/pay later options are also available*. For additional options, email thechloebranding@gmail.com to request. *Financing is subject to individual credit approval.
  • When is the remaining balance due?
    The remaining invoices will be sent from each service provider. The remaining balance for your copy project is due upon project completion. The remaining balance for your design project is due upon completion however a payment plan will be created upon initial branding call.
  • I want to cancel my project. Will I receive a refund?
    At this time we do not offer refunds however in the event you choose to terminate your project, your nonrefundable deposit as well as any additional moneys that have been applied can revert to credit of future services. We understand that rebranding your business is very personal and this is definitely a life changing investment. It does require time for planning and consideration. With that being said, it is imperative that you are 110% ready to take this step. In the event that you choose to terminate and parts of your project have been completed, you will receive what has been covered by your deposit amount.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes. For projects $500+, 50% of your total is due at the time of booking and locks in your project window. Projects under $500, must be paid in full at booking.
  • I want to cancel my project. Will I receive a refund?
    At this time we do not offer refunds however in the event you choose to terminate your project, your nonrefundable deposit as well as any additional moneys that have been applied can revert to credit of future services.   • I really want to get started on my project but am unable to pay the full amount today. Can I make a deposit to get started?
    Currently all services have a pay in full as well as a payment plan option. Financing is available however subject to credit approval. When selecting a payment plan as your option, please note payments are automatically withdrawn. If you choose to pay your full balance at the time of booking, and then decide to cancel BEFORE any work has been completed, please note that only 50% of the amount paid will be refundable.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes. For projects $500+, 50% of your total is due at the time of booking and locks in your project window. Projects under $500, must be paid in full at booking.
  • Does my consultation amount go towards my project total?
    If you are chosen to be taken on as a client, yes, your initial consultation amount will go towards your balance. However if you are a current client and book our follow-up consultation, that appointment will NOT be applied to any design that follows.
  • How long will it take for my project to be complete?
    At this time, projects are booked by quarter. Standard projects will cover a 3 month time frame and larger projects (typically e-commerce) can expand up to 6 months. Throughout the process, you will be informed of status and updates as they happen. This will also be addressed in your consultation. Please keep in mind that your project is not booked and on our schedule until your initial deposit is made.
  • Do you offer rush pricing?
    No. To best serve you and adhere to all deadlines and keep communication healthy, we do not offer rush services.
  • Is a consultation required?
    Yes, prior to any project, a consultation is required. We like to ensure that we are a good fit and can guarantee delivery of your dream brand. The consultation includes brand breakdown, creation of your refined message, visual strategy layout, and social media analysis.
  • What do you need from me to get started on my project?
    Brand planning takes A LOT of preparation if/when done properly. We like for our potential clients to have done as much research as possible on their brand and to fully complete our questionnaire prior to your initial consultation. During that time, we will strategize further your visual execution and discuss anything else that may be needed from you for your project.
  • Are the services listed the only types you offer?
    We are a full service visual brand and design agency. Although most services listed are only the most common, we offer custom design and other works that vary per project need. To request custom design or services not listed, please fill out our contact form to give us as much detail as possible so that we can provide a detailed quote.
